Our goal is to make the dream of land ownership a reality, and to make payments affordable for our buyers. Of course cash purchases are welcome too. When you buy California land from us you will receive a grant deed and the land will be conveyed with marketable title.

5 Easy Steps to Purchase Land!
- Click this Link —> Contact Us, or call us at the number listed at the top of this page to confirm that the California land you’re interested in is still available. If so, we will ask if you are interested in a cash purchase or a term (loan) purchase, then the following will apply.
- After you have visited the property and/or completed your research, you may reserve the property by submiting 3% of the purchase price as a deposit (indicate property APN#) , preferably through PayPal where you may securely use your credit card/debit card. Just click the PayPal “Pay Now” button located on the right side of this page (even if you don’t currently have a PayPal account). Or, if you prefer to pay the deposit by Check or Money Order, please make it payable to “Grounded Properties, LLC” and send it to the address listed at the bottom of the page.
- Click these links —> Identity Statement & Title Vesting. Complete these forms so that we can obtain the necessary information to prepare the purchase documents and then fax these to us along with your state issued identification. Our fax number is the same as our phone #: 1-888-844-8920.
- After we receive the deposit and the Identity Statement & Title Vesting forms we will draw up the purchase agreement (and Note/Deed of Trust for a loan purchase) and send those to you along with standard disclosure documents for your signature(s).
- After we receive your signed documents we will open escrow with our local escrow company at which time they will handle the rest of the transaction, including collecting the remaining funds due, coordinating title insurance if desired, and:
a) Cash Purchase: preparing and recording the grant deed, etc.
b) Term (Loan) Purchase: coordinating with the loan servicing company who will send you a welcome package and advise where/how to make payments, etc. 
Owner financing is available on most all properties!
